The Model ProPak 2R175 is a fully automatic 2 RAM baler. The extra-large feed hopper is ideal for oversize materials, i.e., refrigerator boxes, gaylord containers and large screen TV boxes. A Bale Separation Door assists in eliminating unwanted contaminated bales along with providing relief for oversize bales. “Pre-conditioning” is unnecessary due to a progressive shear blade design that is replaceable and made of hardened and ground tool steel. Using an Accent 470 wire tie system the bale is tied around the short dimension resulting in wire savings and better bale integrity during transportation.  This adds up to time and money savings!

The Model ProPak 2R185 is a fully automatic 2 RAM baler. The extra-large feeder hopper can be adapted to gravity, pneumatic or belt conveyor automatic feed devices. After each bale is made, the chamber completely clears—so go ahead, switch materials on the fly without making unwanted contaminated bales. A built-in shear eliminates the unnecessary extra step of “pre-conditioning” difficult materials. The Sebright Precrusher offers a 5” steel wall to crush trash against, and with a resultant ram force rating of up to 74 and 113,100#’s of compaction force, waste material is reduced to a fraction of the original volume. The Precrusher is available with the single 7” cylinder or the twin 6” cylinders on models from the 5260 to the 10660, and is engineered to destroy anything placed into the chamber. Rubbish that tends to have memory is completely crushed before being pushed into the container, making it a good solution for product destruction. The Precrusher function can be by-passed when desired, and the Precrusher and regular compaction can be programmed to run at different force settings.
