Operating the B4 baler is simple and safe. The baler has a very low noise level, which minimizes disturbances to the work environment.  With 8,000 lbs. press force, a long stroke, and efficient retainer dogs inside of the chamber, the B4 allows you to reach a high compaction ratio.  The indicator light automatically flashes when a full bale is ready to be made, preventing the baler from overfilling. Simply eject the finished bale using the safe two-hand ejection system.

The B5 W is a stock room baler which has been constructed to service users with smaller amounts of waste, but who still need a machine to handle bulky materials. The machine is characterized by a wide filling opening of 40 inches, which is an advantage when handling larger cardboard boxes. The chamber is equipped with rows of efficient barbs, which keep the material back and ensure optimum filling.

60" baler for large quantities of cardboard

The B6030 is a strong baler for high volumes of cardboard and shrink wrap. Efficient front and rear retainer dogs keep down the waste material.  The low profile construction makes the baler fit standing through an 8 foot dock door, and can be operated under an 11 foot ceiling. Equipped with a GSM system for complete monitoring of the baler and number of bales made.  All Bramidan machines meet ANSI Standards Z245.5 and OSHA Safety Standards; and are equipped with UL® & CUL® Approved Control Panels.

For waste handling in wet or demanding environments Bramidan has developed a range of special designed galvanized balers.  The model X25 Galvanized is made for applications where there are no special hygienic requirements for stainless material, but where demands on surface treatment are so severe that an ordinary painted baler would have a very short lifetime.  The galvanized balers can be placed outside because they have also been designed to withstand anything the weather throws at them.
