JWR is located in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. JWR’s roots go back to 1972 when “Jim’s Welding & Repair” started as a small welding and repair shop. Throughout the years the business took on many other facets including sandblasting, painting, truck and hoist repair, container repair and finally settled into the waste and recycling industry.

JWR specializes in installing, servicing, and rebuilding industrial compactors, balers, and waste equipment. Kelly Wildes TERRITORY MANAGER

I've been a Sales Consultant with JWR since 2012, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the building and construction industries as a business owner and operator. This hands-on background allows me to understand the challenges businesses face when it comes to efficiency, productivity, and profitability. I enjoy helping customers find practical solutions that improve their operations and support their long-term goals. Based in northern Wisconsin, I proudly serve customers throughout Wisconsin, Michigan's Upper Peninsula, North Dakota, and southern Iowa, specializing in roll-off hoists, mobile refuse equipment, compactors, and balers.

Pat Baker EQUIPMENT SALES CONSULTANT

I've been a Sales Consultant with JWR since 2022, bringing a background in both inside and outside sales. As a mechanical engineer, I enjoy helping customers find solutions that fit their needs and improve their operations. Based in southern Wisconsin, I strive to be a trusted resource for my customers throughout the buying process, providing expertise in compactors, balers, shredders, conveyors, single-stream recycling systems, and magnetic separation equipment. Outside of work, I love fishing, hunting, and spending my weekends up north.

Cory Gardner NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER 

I've been with JWR since 2003, bringing over 15 years of prior experience in automotive parts, sales, and customer service. Throughout my career, I've developed a strong understanding of customer needs and the importance of delivering reliable service and support. Today, as the National Accounts Manager, I oversee national service, planned maintenance, and equipment sales.  Outside of work, I love going on adventures with my wife and spending time with our kids and grandkids.
