The Maren 72 automatic baler can bale a wide range of waste materials including paper trim, light foil, corrugated set-up box’s, shredded paper. The baler is also offered with an oversize feed hopper and shear knife. Maren 72 automatic balers can be used in conjunction with pneumatic conveying systems, belt conveyors or feed chutes

A photo-electric eye in the hopper controls the baling operation. When the light beam is blocked by material, the baling cycle automatically starts and continues until the light beam is no longer blocked. The baler will not operate unless the hopper is filled. A buzzer sounds to alert the operator that the bale is complete. An operator is only needed to release the door, tie off and handle the bale—a part time job.

Maren ProPak 2R175 Two Ram Baler

The Model ProPak 2R175 is a fully automatic 2 RAM baler. The extra-large feed hopper is ideal for oversize materials, i.e., refrigerator boxes, gaylord containers and large screen TV boxes. A Bale Separation Door assists in eliminating unwanted contaminated bales along with providing relief for oversize bales. “Pre-conditioning” is unnecessary due to a progressive shear blade design that is replaceable and made of hardened and ground tool steel. Using an Accent 470 wire tie system the bale is tied around the short dimension resulting in wire savings and better bale integrity during transportation.  This adds up to time and money savings!

The Model ProPak 2R185 is a fully automatic 2 RAM baler. The extra-large feeder hopper can be adapted to gravity, pneumatic or belt conveyor automatic feed devices. After each bale is made, the chamber completely clears—so go ahead, switch materials on the fly without making unwanted contaminated bales. A built-in shear eliminates the unnecessary extra step of “pre-conditioning” difficult materials. Using an Accent 470 wire-tie systems, the bale gets tied underneath and the short way: saving wire, increasing bale density and holding bales together better during transportation. With a chassis made of AR400 steel and a T1 Tool Steel progressive shear this baler can handle OCC, plastics, nonferrous metals, and even roll cores! Safety is just one of the areas where the BaleWulf pulls away from the pack with the usage of a vertical interlocking door and through the door wire feed system. Other key features like an optional pneumatic clean out system and integrated piercer help keep the wire guides clear of debris and save time on tying a bale.

 

Through the Door Wire Feed System

The groundbreaking feature of the BaleWulf is the Through the door wire feed system that accepts both quick lock and looped end wire. The system allows the operator to feed and tie off wires from one location, standing at the door of the baler. Never before seen in the baler industry, this is a safer and more economical design than traditional balers.

Integrated Piercer

The integrated piercer is on of the key innovations of the BaleWulf. This design clears the wire channels in the ram face and guides the wire through, allowing for a quick bale tie off. The teeth of the piercer bolt on for easy replacement. By eliminating the need to be on to of the baling chamber to clear the channels, the safety advantages of the piercer cannot be understated.

Progressive Shear

The progressive shear is made from T1 Tool Steel (A514), a material that is extremely tough and allows the blades to keep thier cutting edges far longer than a typical cold rolled steel blade. The progressive design utilizes a tampered cutting edge and serrated blade that decreases the surface are in contact with the materials, which allows for more recyclables to be sheared at once.

Vertical Interlocking Ejection Door

The vertical interlocking ejection door is a safer design than a hinged baler door.  The door interlocks with the chassis floor and is constructed with heavy duty material.
