The Sebright D30 EPS Densifier is a continuous-feed foam recycling solution designed to efficiently process large volumes of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) waste. Commonly known as Styrofoam™ (a trademark of Dow Chemical), EPS is widely used in packaging, food service products, and building insulation due to its lightweight properties and excellent insulating value.

Designed for demanding recycling and waste reduction applications, the D30 transforms loose foam into dense, stackable blocks that are easier to handle, store, and transport. Operating without heat, the densifier eliminates harmful fumes while reducing energy consumption, providing a cleaner and more cost-effective recycling solution. With customizable options, the D30 can be integrated with a pre-breaker, bag houses, and conveyor system. The Sebright D30 EPS Densifier helps organizations improve sustainability efforts, lower disposal costs, and divert more waste from landfills.
