· Check-In and Name Tag Pickup 7:30 am to 12 pm
· Exhibit Setup from 7 am to 11:30 am
(early setup is encouraged as attendees will have access to the exhibit area during the 9:45 AM break)
· Technical Presentations 8 am to 12 pm
· Beverages, Breakfast, Snacks, and Lunch at 12 pm
· Demonstrations and Exhibits from 1 pm to 3 pm
· Vendor Talks/Demos 2 pm to 3 pm (exact times TBD)
· Raffle Prizes (donated by exhibitors plus a grand prize)
· Soda and Water
