What materials can the ProPak 2R175 compress?

The two ram baler is ideal for oversized materials including large screen tv boxes and gaylord containers. It easily compresses aluminum cans, tin cans, molded fiber products, PET bottles, HDPE bottles, plastic film, recycled corrugated containers, and steel cans.

Should boxes be broken down before placing them in the baler?

No, boxes do not need to be broken down. The two-ram baler's shear blades are designed to cut through materials with ease.

How is the ram position tracked?

Advanced laser distance sensing ensures accurate ram positioning without the use of movable wear parts such as limit switches.

How do I know when the bale is full?

The ProPak 2R175 provides real-time tracking for the operator to track the current bale size, remaining amount for a full bale, and view performance statistics to monitor productivity and operating averages.

Can the baler be customized to our facility?

Yes! The ProPak 2R175 can be customized to meet your operational needs with optional paint colors, a 30 HP motor upgrade, and shipment with the hydraulic reservoir filled with 180 gallons of oil. As well, you can add the Smart Bale Intelligent Control, a mobile app that allows operators to monitor bale size and production statistics, read system messages, clear jams, and safely change material settings directly from the loader seat.
